Settlement Truth is a public, user-submitted database of settlement outcomes for civilian-to-civilian car accidents in the United States. Founded in 2026 by Xavier Lampkin after his own accident produced a 19% net recovery. Every submission is moderated, text-only, and labeled with sample size. No individual lawyers, doctors, or chiropractors are named.
